Account Manager

Join Engineered Corrosion Solutions as an Account Manager in Northern California. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with our fire sprinkler contractor customers and help them manage corrosion risks in their systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to saving lives and maintaining the safety of these essential systems.

Our mission is to help customers save money and lives. As an Account Manager, you will be an expert trusted adviser to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Prioritize client needs and provide white glove service.
  • Understand customer requirements through discovery and fact-finding.
  • Identify and focus on high payoff sales activities.
  • Meet established internal and external KPIs.
  • Grow an existing book of business within your sales territory.
  • Track and update sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Travel regionally within your territory, up to 75% of the time.
  • Present technical solutions to various customers.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales (preferred).
  • A self-motivated and diligent approach to client success.
  • A commitment to building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the fire safety industry.
