AI Customer Support - AI Training

Join Lilt as an AI Customer Support Specialist and help us shape the future of communication. In this role, you'll contribute your expertise to enhance AI models for customer support, focusing on Contact Center and Voice-to-Voice QA.

About the Role

This is a remote, freelance position that offers flexibility. You can expect to work 10-20 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours and extension. The pay is up to $100.00 per hour.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in data annotation projects to train AI models.
  • Utilize your critical thinking and subject matter knowledge to improve AI performance in Contact Center QA.

What We're Looking For

  • Native speaker of one of the listed languages.
  • University degree (preferably a Masters or PhD) in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, IT, or relevant fields.
  • Proven professional experience in Contact Center QA.
  • Strong understanding of Contact Center terminology and industry practices.

Nice to Have

Experience in AI or machine learning projects is a plus, but not required.
