Join Lilt as an AI Customer Support Specialist and help us shape the future of communication. In this role, you'll contribute your expertise to enhance AI models for customer support, focusing on Contact Center and Voice-to-Voice QA.
This is a remote, freelance position that offers flexibility. You can expect to work 10-20 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours and extension. The pay is up to $100.00 per hour.
Experience in AI or machine learning projects is a plus, but not required.
