Client Manager - Nebraska

Join our team as a Client Manager, where you'll support clients and build strong relationships both externally and internally. This remote position is based in the Omaha or Lincoln, Nebraska area.

About the Role

The Client Manager is the key link between our clients and our agency. You will go above and beyond to ensure we deliver results for our clients. Your role involves advising clients on marketing plans and helping maintain their growth and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Be the main contact for client questions and requests, making suggestions that strengthen client relationships.
  • Communicate and collaborate with various teams to facilitate client requests and ensure their success.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow client business and enhance our agency's performance.
  • Analyze past results and review data to draw conclusions, working with the team to establish insights and actions.
  • Create presentation decks and present marketing research, plans, and executions to client teams.
  • Handle client billing while understanding client financials and their impact on our business.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing tactics and campaigns.
  • Understanding of budgets and financials for client execution and growth.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel media (print, digital, social).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management in a professional setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resourcefulness and self-motivation are key.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supportive of our desired culture.
