About the Role

As a Content Reviewer, you will analyze and provide feedback on various types of content for top search engines using an online tool. Your insights will help improve the user experience for millions of search engine users.

What You'll Do

• Review and rate search results for relevance and quality.
• Provide feedback on texts, pages, images, and other information.
• Help enhance the overall user experience for search engine users.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must have been a resident of the United States for the past 3 consecutive years.
• Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the U.S.
• Active use of Gmail and social media, as well as experience navigating web browsers.
• Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone (Android 5.0, iOS 14 or higher), and a personal computer.

Nice to Have

No previous professional experience is required to apply. However, you will need to pass basic requirements and go through a standard assessment process to qualify for this role.

What We Offer

The estimated hourly earnings for this role are $14 USD per hour.

Please note that only one member per household can participate in this program. If more than one person from your household is found to be working on the TELUS Digital Rating Program, it may result in removal from the program.

Assessment

To be hired, you will take a language assessment and an open book qualification exam. This will determine your suitability for the position. Don’t worry; our team will provide guidelines and learning materials before your exam. You can complete the exam at your convenience within a specific timeframe.
