Immigration Analyst | EMEA

Join Deel as an Immigration Analyst and help us navigate the complexities of immigration requirements across various countries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and supporting our global teams.

About the Role

As an Immigration Analyst, you will conduct research, manage cases, and communicate with clients and immigration specialists. Your work will help streamline processes and ensure that we meet all compliance requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct research and analysis of immigration requirements and processes.
  • Liaise with local providers to complete immigration assessments.
  • Complete right to work checks accurately, following government compliance requirements and internal standards.
  • Assist with preparation of country overviews and process flows.
  • Track case progress, identify blockers, and take action to prevent missed deadlines or service failures.
  • Maintain high-quality case documentation to support audit readiness and compliance.
  • Act as an intermediary between immigration clients, in-country specialists, and external immigration vendors to ensure clear communication and timely case progression.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of direct client service experience.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex immigration concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; fluency in another EMEA language is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience in immigration processes or related fields would be beneficial.
