About the Role

The Games Social Engineering team builds full-stack experiences that allow players to enjoy Netflix games together in innovative ways. Your role will focus on developing the next generation of games platform UI, enhancing the social aspects of gaming on Netflix.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create delightful user experiences.
• Develop maintainable and performant iOS client code with thorough documentation.
• Ensure consistency and simplicity in client code to improve experimentation and maintain product quality.
• Build features driven by experimentation, core UI infrastructure, and design patterns that integrate with platform frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Animation, Foundation APIs, etc.).
• Write testable code and create automated tests with XCTest/XCUITest to maintain high product quality.
• Stay updated on modern iOS technologies and practices to enhance our codebase.
• Build accessible experiences and follow inclusive engineering practices.

Experience with modern iOS technologies and a strong understanding of accessibility standards are a plus.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000.00 - $413,000.00, depending on your location and experience. You can choose how much of your compensation is in salary versus stock options each year. Our benefits include:
