About the Role

As a Lead Consultant, you will guide clients through process discovery, design effective solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the monday.com platform. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage monday.com implementations from discovery through delivery for multiple clients.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client goals, processes, pain points, and success metrics.
  • Design and implement solutions using monday.com best practices, including advanced workflows and automations.
  • Build and configure the monday.com CRM product, including pipelines and reporting dashboards.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Deliver client-facing training and workshops to drive adoption and usage.
  • Troubleshoot platform and workflow issues, providing clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and scalable delivery practices.
  • Stay updated on monday.com releases and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience implementing monday.com for clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with the monday.com CRM product, including lead management and dashboards.
  • Ability to lead multiple client projects, managing scope and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong skills in process mapping and solution design.
  • Experience delivering trainings and facilitating workshops.
  • monday.com certifications are a plus, but not required.

Nice to Have

  • Business and sales process solution design experience.
  • Comfortable adapting to different industries and client needs.
