Technical Support Consultant (Native Portuguese)
Join Linktree as a Technical Support Consultant. In this remote role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers while working with a talented team. You will be the go-to person for technical issues, ensuring our users have a smooth experience.
About the Role
As a Technical Support Consultant, you will assist customers with their technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues across various platforms. Your expertise will help maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support in native Portuguese and excellent English.
- Troubleshoot software issues on Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
- Analyze log files and diagnose connection issues using APIs and Webhooks.
- Read and interpret scripting logic, including Bash and PowerShell.
- Manage support cases using ticketing systems like HubSpot and Jira.
- Write clear and professional notes on support cases.
- Learn our product ecosystem quickly and follow procedures accurately.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in native Portuguese and excellent English (C1 level).
- Previous experience in technical support.
- Proficient with Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
- Ability to troubleshoot software and analyze log files.
- Knowledge of APIs and Webhooks.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like HubSpot or Jira.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
- A positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
Nice to Have
Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus, but not required.
