Partner Delivery Manager - Brazil
Join SailPoint as a Partner Delivery Manager and take charge of building and maintaining successful partnerships in the LATAM region. You will be the main point of contact for our top delivery services partners, helping them enhance their capabilities and deliver quality services.
About the Role
As a Partner Delivery Manager (PDM), you will play a key role in establishing strong relationships with delivery partners. Your expertise in enterprise account management, SaaS consulting, and project management will help drive successful outcomes for our partners and their customers.
What You'll Do
- Industry Knowledge: Utilize at least 5 years of experience in consulting delivery or professional services within the Identity Security/IAM/IGA space.
- Partner Relationship Builder: Build strong relationships with executive-level partners, influencing and driving performance.
- Technical Project Educator: Train partners on effective SailPoint delivery practices and implementation projects to improve project delivery quality.
- Business Development: Earn partners’ trust and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
- Solution-Driven Project Manager: Assist delivery partners in maximizing customer value through Identity Security project implementations.
- SailPoint Delivery Consultant: Provide strategic recommendations to partners, influencing desired customer results and increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Escalation Master: Resolve partner/customer issues effectively and professionally.
- Content Development and Management: Lead one of SailPoint’s flagship enablement programs, sharing best practices with partners.
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on expertise in SailPoint products and services, with IDN/ISC being ideal and IIQ being desirable.
- A successful track record in project deliveries and technical consultation.
- Technical curiosity to understand and address partner needs proactively.
- Strong customer-facing skills, building lasting relationships with enablement partners.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address partner needs and correct project direction.
- A mature customer-centric attitude and commitment to company values.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree with relevant experience.
- SailPoint or related IGA professional certification.
