Join Grafana Labs as a People Technology Analyst. In this role, you will manage and support our Workday platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our teams. You will play a key role in enhancing our HR technology and processes.

About the Role

The Workday Analyst is responsible for the configuration and support of our Workday platform, including HCM, Absence, Global Benefits, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Journeys.

What You'll Do

• Support system users by troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions. You will be the go-to person for questions and assistance.
• Build and maintain custom reports, tools, and analytics to meet team needs. You will be familiar with various reporting types and features.
• Lead Workday enhancement and optimization projects from start to finish.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, including routing, approvals, notifications, and condition rules.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases by reviewing release notes, performing impact analysis, coordinating testing, and implementing relevant feature updates.
• Configure and maintain security roles and permissions to ensure data protection and privacy.
• Create Inbound EIB templates and manage mass data loading for recurring tasks as needed.
• Create change management documentation and training to support cross-functional teams on new features.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM. Experience with Absence, Global Benefits, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Journeys is a plus.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment where change is common.
• Strong organizational skills and project management abilities. You should be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A customer service mindset, being approachable and viewed as a “go-to” person by colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills in all formats (in person, online, in writing) and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of creating custom reports and analyzing data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Process-oriented with a knack for creating structure in ambiguous situations and finding creative solutions to problems.
• Detail-oriented and committed to completing administrative tasks thoroughly.

Compensation & Rewards

• In the Netherlands, the annual compensation range for this role is 60,000 - 72,000 EUR. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
