Product Specialist, Professional Services

You will work closely with our global consulting team and manage your own accounts to ensure our clients achieve their productivity goals.
About the Role
In this position, you will collaborate with Strategic Services Consultants to implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and productivity. Your responsibilities will include managing a small book of business, assisting in the configuration of ClickUp workspaces, and providing training to clients.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Strategic Services Consultants to execute strategic projects for customers.
- Manage a small book of business, focusing on implementations and long-term delivery.
- Assist in creating, configuring, and optimizing customers' ClickUp workspaces.
- Participate in customer calls, document meetings, and record customer processes.
- Create roadmaps to ensure customers continuously receive value from ClickUp.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Provide initial support for customer inquiries via email or the ClickUp platform.
- Act as a product expert and maintain a strong understanding of ClickUp's functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
- Conduct remote training sessions to educate clients on platform functionality and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with large strategic customers.
- Strong technical skills in configuring, implementing, and customizing SaaS platforms.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with global customers across different time zones.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS PPM software or collaborative work management.
