We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background and be skilled in managing client engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met with accuracy and efficiency. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret financial data and transform insights into polished client presentations. Responsibilities:Lead side-by-side interviews with clients to collect relevant informationPrepare for client interviews through relevant company and industry researchManage ongoing client communication and engagementsCollaborate with other team members to gather relevant information and insights for presentationsManage a team of analyst to deliver quality client marketing documents on time and will little errorQualifications:3+ years experience in a consulting or project management related roleProven track record of leading client meetings and engagementsProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Docs, G-SheetsExperience conducting market research and competitive analysisStrong business writing skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectivelyAttention to detail and high level of accuracy in workAbility to work independently, use AI assistants, and as part of a teamAbility to think critically and logicallyStrong organizational and time management skillsEnglish at a C2 level or native masteryAbility to work full-time ESTNice to Have:Experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Accountant, or in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
