About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead QA strategy to ensure high-quality digital releases with minimal defects.
• Identify risks and validate functionality across devices and browsers before launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management to integrate QA throughout the development process.
• Refine tools, frameworks, and processes to improve QA practices and efficiency.
• Align QA strategy with project goals, timelines, and budgets to support client success.

What We're Looking For

• Strong manual QA fundamentals, with the ability to create clear test plans and structured test cases.
• Attention to detail and curiosity in identifying defects and usability risks.
• Experience validating complex digital experiences across various browsers and devices, using tools like BrowserStack.
• Clear communication skills for writing actionable bug tickets and collaborating with remote teams.
• Ability to manage QA across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in a consulting firm or agency environment is a plus.
