Join our team as a Senior AI Developer and be part of a newly formed AI squad. You will design, build, and implement AI systems that enhance patient care and clinic operations. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of improving assisted reproduction technology.

About the Role

As an AI Developer, you will work closely with product and engineering teams. You will create RAG pipelines, conversational AI features, and intelligent knowledge-retrieval systems integrated into our TypeScript-based product ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy RAG-based systems using TypeScript, Node.js, and vector databases.
• Build production-grade conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and virtual assistants, for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs that provide AI-powered services to internal teams and external consumers.
• Integrate cloud AI platforms and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement low-latency inference solutions using TensorFlow.js and ONNX.js.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate embeddings and fine-tuned LLMs into applications.
• Embed AI capabilities into React/Next.js front ends and Node.js back ends.
• Optimize AI features for scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Build reusable components, SDKs, and internal tools to support AI adoption across products.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in software development using TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Node.js, React, and Next.js in production environments.
• Solid understanding of NLP, conversational AI, and RAG-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and AI workflows in production.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, including cloud AI service integrations.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow.js, ONNX.js, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python for model training and embedding workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable software in remote-first environments.
