Senior DevOps Engineer - Financial Company - (Remote/LATAM)

Join Truelogic as a Senior DevOps Engineer and take ownership of designing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure high availability and security across environments.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to implement and manage cloud infrastructure and application delivery pipelines. Your expertise in Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform will be essential in this role.

What You'll Do

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation:
- Design, build, and maintain cloud environments in Microsoft Azure.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Deploy and manage Azure resources including:
  - Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  - App Services
  - Function Apps
  - Azure API Management
  - Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Storage Accounts
  - Azure SQL Server / Azure SQL Databases
CI/CD & Development Support:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with development teams using C#, .NET, and Angular.
- Integrate pipelines with container registries and automated approval workflows.
Containerization & Orchestration:
- Develop container strategies using Docker and manage workloads on Kubernetes (AKS).
- Implement best practices for scaling and securing Kubernetes clusters.
System Reliability & Operations:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage Linux-based infrastructure, ensuring proper configuration and patching.
- Support SQL Server deployments and performance optimization.
Security & Governance:
- Implement secure configurations for Azure resources and Kubernetes clusters.
- Enforce governance policies and identity controls.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
Strong proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Deep experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Proficiency in Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
Familiarity with C#, .NET, and Visual Studio.
Experience with SQL Server (on-prem or Azure).
Practical knowledge of Linux administration.
Experience with modern web application stacks including Angular.
Working knowledge of Azure App Services and Function Apps.
