At Nurdsoft, we are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and support innovative solutions for our customers. You will use your experience and understanding of the industry to tackle complex challenges.

About the Role

This position is fully remote and based in India. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Perform project analysis and development tasks that may require extensive research.
• Make design and technical decisions to ensure high application performance.
• Work in an agile development environment and comply with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and develop implementation plans.
• Support code deployments and configuration changes in production and non-production systems.
• Stay updated on the latest trends to implement modern solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with Golang.
• 5+ years as a software backend engineer.
• Experience in test-driven development and writing automated unit tests.
• Proven experience delivering product features.
• Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and tradeoffs.
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Familiarity with pub/sub/queueing systems and architectures.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with containers, microservices, and related ecosystems.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
