At Bloomreach, we are creating a leading platform for personalization. As a Senior Product Manager for Mobile Messaging, you will oversee the delivery of mobile messaging within Bloomreach Engagement. This includes managing vendor partnerships and ensuring effective communication through mobile channels.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of mobile messages that rely on third-party integrations. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to enhance our mobile messaging capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Manage Vendor Relationships: Maintain relationships with existing mobile messaging vendors through regular communication. Identify and onboard new vendors to improve cost and reliability.
• Enhance Channel Delivery: Prioritize features for the Channel API and related enhancements. Focus on optimizing deliverability and monitoring.
• Champion Mobile Messaging: Support internal teams with expertise in mobile messaging. Gather feedback from clients and prospects to drive improvements.
• Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on messaging compliance rules and integrate them into product features.

What We're Looking For

• 4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, ideally in MarTech or similar fields.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships, particularly in telecom or messaging.
• Familiarity with mobile messaging channels like SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and RCS.
• Strong understanding of APIs and message deliverability.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in operational aspects of messaging services.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in mobile messaging.

What We Offer

The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000, plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The actual pay will depend on various factors, including skills and experience.
