At 1Password, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer for our Enterprise sales segment. In this role, you will enhance sales efficiency and help close deals by providing technical expertise and customer insights. You will work closely with Account Executives to align our solutions with customer needs.

About the Role

This is a remote opportunity based in the UK. You will navigate dynamic sales cycles and engage with technical stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet customer requirements. Your role will involve managing proof of concepts (POCs) and supporting opportunity qualification using frameworks like MEDDPICC.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary technical advisor within 1Password’s Go-to-Market team.
• Scope and recommend tailored technical solutions that address customer needs.
• Build strong relationships and provide technical coaching to Account Executives.
• Educate customers about the 1Password suite of products.
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams on technical solutions during the sales process.
• Work with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing on technical resources.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and vendor assessments.
• Occasional travel may be required for conferences and customer visits.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in similar customer-facing roles in a B2B environment.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with enterprise customers in a multi-product SaaS company.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a bonus.
• Experience collaborating with Account Executives to drive deal success.
• Skilled in managing POCs that demonstrate solution value.
• Ability to explain technical information to a general audience.
• Agility in customer conversations and quick learning.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Interest in investigating and exploring solutions for customers.
• Strong autonomy and ability to drive projects with limited guidance.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
• Experience with SaaS tools and in the security industry is an asset.
• Understanding of AI technologies and ability to communicate the company’s AI roadmap.
• Familiarity with acronyms like IAM, SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and SaaS.
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC is preferred.
• Personal experience with 1Password or similar password managers is a bonus.
