Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Hilton, you'll play a key role in our Global Sales Team. You will focus on developing accounts and driving revenue for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands. This remote position is ideal for candidates in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S.
About the Role
In this position, you'll support the team in providing a unique selling platform. Your work will help Hilton owners and operators grow their market share and improve their growth potential.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop a diverse group of accounts, identifying growth opportunities for each.
- Build personalized partnerships to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for client needs and provide solutions.
How You'll Collaborate with Others
- Work with Hilton Worldwide Sales and relevant partners to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Partner with hotels to ensure alignment and engagement in achieving shared goals.
Projects You'll Take Ownership Of
- Drive revenue and grow market share for the enterprise.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in hotel property sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
It would be useful if you have:
- A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
- Experience in Global Account Management in hospitality sales.
- Familiarity with Delphi or similar property sales management systems.
- Experience with Salesforce Customer Management (SFCM).

The pay range for this role is $65,000 – $95,000, based on experience and location. You will also be eligible to participate in the Hilton Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), consistent with other team members at the same level. #LI-REMOTE
