About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Infor. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our ERP solutions in Poland. You will manage the entire sales process, ensuring our customers receive the best value from our offerings.
What You'll Do
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for Infor ERP solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
Direct and Partner Sales:
- Manage direct sales to customers and collaborate with channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive joint sales initiatives.
Territory and Account Ownership:
- Represent Infor Cloud solutions in the Polish market.
- Take ownership of a designated territory, developing a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Full Account Management:
- Provide end-to-end account management, from initial contact through to successful implementation and ongoing support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay current on industry trends and product developments related to Infor ERP solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Infor ERP product suite and its value propositions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, implementation, and support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, especially in a direct and partner-driven sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the ERP software industry, with experience in Infor ERP preferred.
- Knowledge of IFS, QAD, or SAP ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience in helping customers on their Cloud journey.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on ERP solutions.
