Accounts Payable Officer – Work from Home

As an Accounts Payable Officer at Twoconnect, you will play a vital role in managing supplier invoices and payable administration. You will ensure smooth processing and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while working from the comfort of your home.

About the Role

This position involves providing end-to-end support for supplier invoice processing within a shared services environment. You will manage multiple inboxes, verify invoices, and perform reconciliations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple Accounts Payable inboxes in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Verify incoming supplier invoices against Pronto ERP and Redmap automated AP processing records.
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations for external suppliers.
  • Support daily payable activities within the Accounts Payable Shared Services team.
  • Manage digital documentation filing for foreign accounts payable transactions and employee reimbursements.
  • Liaise with intercompany business sites and stores to maintain digital delivery docket filing systems.
  • Assist with general accounts payable and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support timely and accurate processing of supplier-related documentation and records.
  • Maintain strong document control and filing accuracy across shared services processes.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a similar finance role.
  • Experience in supplier invoice processing and statement reconciliations.
  • Strong understanding of filing, documentation control, and finance administration processes.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a shared services environment.
  • Experience with Pronto ERP is desirable.
  • Experience with Redmap is desirable.
  • Experience in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations is desirable.
