The Role

As an Ad Content Moderator, you will join our Creative & Compliance department. Your main responsibility will be to maintain the integrity of our advertising ecosystem. You will ensure that all content across multiple regions, including Turkey, Ukraine, and Europe, complies with local regulations and our internal standards. This role is perfect for a multilingual professional who can handle complex cases and contribute to the safety of a global audience.

What You’ll Do

• Review and moderate user-generated creatives to ensure compliance with MGID policies and local legal requirements.
• Monitor active campaigns and conduct thorough post-moderation checks to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Handle complex and escalated cases, making independent assessments of controversial content.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Sales, Product, and Support teams on compliance-related matters.
• Develop internal guidelines and "gatebooks" for specific regions to standardize moderation processes.

What We're Looking For

• You have 3+ years of experience in content moderation or compliance within the digital advertising or tech space.
• You are proficient in Ukrainian.
• You have an advanced working level of English (both written and verbal).
• You have a strong understanding of advertising policies and local compliance regulations.
• You are analytical and detail-oriented, able to work independently and make tough decisions.
• Knowledge of Turkish is a strong advantage for this role.
• Experience with AI tools or automated moderation systems is a plus.

• Remote (Europe-friendly Time Zones): We are looking for candidates located in Ukraine or other countries within the European/Turkish time zones.
