As the AI & Automation Enablement Lead, you will:
What You'll Do
- Strategic Partnership & Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between GCO, the WE DO Corp IT Platforms team, and the Automation and AI COEs.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and develop technology solutions that support operational goals.
- Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development:
- Maintain assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes, documenting strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
- Create and manage a technology and automation roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities.
- Process Optimization & Automation:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Recommend automation solutions that have a measurable impact on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Technology Implementation:
- Work closely with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions, including RPA, AI, and machine learning.
- Support project planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment of new tools.
- Vendor Partnership:
- Collaborate with Vendor Management to assess external technology partners and provide feedback on their performance.
- Change Adoption:
- Encourage continuous learning and team proficiency in emerging technologies, automation, and AI.
- Work Environment:
- Work effectively in a fully remote role, demonstrating accountability and self-management.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- This role will require working US hours.
