Area Schedule Lead – Data Center Design, Engineering and Construction

Join our team at Meta as an Area Schedule Lead. In this important role, you will oversee our Contingent Workforce of Project Schedulers. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key as you collaborate with various teams to ensure project schedules are on track.

About the Role

As the Area Schedule Lead, you will work closely with the Design, Engineering, and Construction (DEC) Business Controls team. You will coordinate with internal departments such as Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, and Operations Engineering.

What You'll Do

• Oversee Contingent Worker schedulers at our dual sites.
• Review schedule health reports from CW schedulers and provide feedback as needed.
• Apply commercial entitlement for schedules and lead site teams in Delay Tracking, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, and claims.
• Support the Precon team in establishing a baseline schedule that aligns with preconstruction estimates.
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and report to site teams and leadership.
• Identify and apply Proactive Risk Indicators (Project Kronos) and ensure risks are escalated appropriately.
• Collaborate with site teams on schedule mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling challenges.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in P6 (Primavera 6) and Excel.
• BA/BS in construction management, finance, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data centers is preferred.
