Associate Client Manager – BevAI

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Client Manager to join our BevAI team at NielsenIQ. In this role, you will help clients make informed business decisions by providing valuable analysis and insights on industries, markets, and consumer behavior. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships and identify new ways for our company to add value.

What You'll Do

• Utilize proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to address clients' business questions.
• Collaborate with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and enhance client value.
• Develop a consultative approach to understand client issues and industry challenges.
• Conduct advanced analyses and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and present insights using effective communication techniques.
• Lead client presentations with proactive insights and recommendations.
• Drive strategic thought leadership using NIQ tools and resources.
• Identify opportunities for deeper partnerships and elevate them to organizational partners.
• Proactively address any roadblocks that arise.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to demonstrate the value of NIQ solutions.
• Ensure client stakeholders recognize the value NIQ delivers.
• Understand client structure and organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet revenue forecasts.
• Work with internal partners to align work with customer objectives and deliver on time.
• Ensure client briefings are complete and ask questions to clarify issues.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry, sales, category management, or market research.
• Familiarity with NIQ platforms, syndicated data, and retail measurement tools is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to synthesize large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Experience in using Discover to address client concerns and drive usage.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and solve problems effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to coach others in data analysis and NIQ tools.
• Curiosity and a knack for storytelling with data.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Digital savvy and quick to learn new concepts and tools.
• Category Management experience is preferred.

This role has a competitive salary range of $69,800 - $83,000. Actual salaries will depend on your experience, qualifications, skills, and location. You may also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance bonus. Our benefits include:
