
Associate Client Manager – Training, CPG/Retail Insights

About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Client Manager to join our team at NIQ. In this role, you will create and deliver training content for our internal associates and clients in the CPG and retail sectors. Your work will enhance the learning experience and satisfaction with our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging pre-recorded demos and training sessions using appropriate software.
- Lead educational initiatives for internal and external stakeholders regarding NIQ retail collaboration products.
- Develop and maintain templates and assets for easy use in client implementations.
- Document and improve digital development processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content meets technical and quality standards.
- Conduct user acceptance testing on reports for future releases.
- Perform needs assessments with stakeholders to ensure relevant content is available.
- Work independently, manage projects, and contribute to a team environment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Education, Training, or relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital training.
- Experience in CPG or related retail fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of visual design and usability principles.
- Ability to manage large audiences and create a productive learning environment.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance in deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
What We Offer
This position offers a competitive salary, with an expected range of $69,800 to $85,000. Actual salaries will depend on your experience, qualifications, skills, and location. You may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus.
