Behavioral Health Therapist

About the RoleThe Behavioral Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to Eleanor Health patients facing challenges associated with substance use disorder. The Behavioral Health Therapist will collaborate with the rest of the care team to help each patient achieve their goals. This is a remote role.What You'll DoConduct behavioral health assessments for all new patientsManage the treatment of patient psychiatric, psychosocial, physical health-related and behavioral health needs throughout the patient’s treatment journeyConduct individual and group therapy sessions with patientsCoordinate with external behavioral health treatment facilities to coordinate care when necessaryProactively identify methods to improve patient outcomesQualificationsFully licensed LICSW or LMHC in the state of New Jersey. Additional licensing in MA or PA is a plus, but not required.Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, family therapy, or related fieldWorking knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditionsStrong interpersonal communication skills with exceptional active listening abilitiesExperience in a collaborative team environmentMission driven and motivated to join an organization that will transform the way we deliver accessible, evidence-based, and clinically excellent care in the opioid use disorder spaceAre currently authorized to work for any US employerThe ability to be available for regularly scheduled shiftsThe ability to complete all other responsibilities as requiredCompensation & BenefitsThe total target annual compensation range for this position is $73,000-83,000.
