About the Role

As a Central PMO, you will oversee project management and performance governance. Your insights will help shape strategies and improve our operations in the fast-paced blockchain ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Governance & Performance Management: Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics to identify opportunities and risks for business leaders, including insights from AI-powered predictive analytics.
• Analytics, Insights and Reporting: Work with Data Analytics and AI teams to generate strategic insights. Automate regular reports for senior management using AI-enhanced data visualization and forecasting.
• Industry & Competition: Conduct competitive research with cross-functional teams, utilizing AI tools for real-time market intelligence and sentiment analysis. Develop competitive strategies based on AI-generated insights.
• Special Projects: Lead task forces and manage high-impact projects, including AI-driven initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business innovation.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen along with critical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and engage with internal stakeholders at various levels.
• Project and change management experience.
• Understanding of financial and blockchain trading business is a plus.
• MBA, BA, or BS from a top university.
