Clinic Associate

As a Clinic Associate at Intellect, you will play a key role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and that our patients have a positive experience. You will be the main support for users, helping them access our clinical sessions through email, chat, and phone calls.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for operational tasks, client engagement, and supporting our network deployment.

What You'll Do

1. Operational Efficiency:

  • Work with the medical team to keep the clinic running smoothly.
  • Handle frontline services and general administrative tasks, like answering phone calls and maintaining Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Assist with patient care, including registration, managing appointments, dispensing medications, and supporting doctors during clinical tasks.
  • Manage cashier duties, including collecting payments and filing.
  • Oversee inventory tasks, such as checking stock, updating records, and placing orders.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the clinic.

2. Client Engagement (For Corporate Clients):

  • Engage with users via email, chat, and calls to provide support for our clinic services.
  • Provide detailed information on available resources and options to help users make informed decisions.

3. Network Engagement and Deployment:

  • Assist the Care Operations team with receiving, documenting, and deploying B2B service requests.
  • Navigate administrative processes, including financial assistance and responding to emails.

What We're Looking For

  • A Diploma is required.
  • Experience in Clerical, Administrative Support, Healthcare, or Medical Assistance is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A responsible, detail-oriented individual who is willing to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Fluent in written English; proficiency in spoken Chinese is preferred.
  • Able to work 44 hours per week, including three night shifts weekly and two Saturdays per month (half day: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
