Join Our Team as a Clinical Support Specialist
At Solventum, we are excited to welcome a Clinical Support Specialist to our Health Information Systems (HIS) division. In this role, you will play a key part in developing innovative health information products while working closely with a dedicated team. Your organizational skills and commitment to results will help us make a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
About the Role
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be involved in creating HIS products for the Australian health sector. This position may require some travel, both within and outside of your state.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the team to develop HIS products tailored for the Australian health industry.
- Travel as needed for work-related purposes.
What We're Looking For
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Health Information Management.
- Recent experience with ICD-10-AM (including the 12th Edition) and the AR-DRG Grouper.
- Strong skills in ICD-10-AM auditing.
- Knowledge of hospital coding and auditing processes.
- Understanding of Clinical Documentation Improvement processes.
- Confidence in delivering presentations to groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
While we prefer candidates based in Sydney, we are open to considering remote workers.
