About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to join our team at Infor. In this role, you will help our customers design, implement, and optimize EPM solutions. Your expertise in finance and hands-on implementation will be key to delivering high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead or support the design of budgeting and forecasting solutions using Infor EPM Budgeting & Planning.
- Develop and refine complex financial models with Excel and Infor EPM Modeling Services.
- Assist with multinational financial consolidation using Infor EPM Financial Consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and ownership structures.
- Configure and deploy EPM components on the Infor EPM Platform.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, create functional specifications, and conduct testing and validation.
- Provide training to customers on Budgeting, Planning, Consolidation, Reporting, and other EPM components.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including financial modeling and reporting.
- Proven experience leading budget processes and planning for multiple business units.
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-industry FP&A.
- Experience with multinational financial consolidation, preferably with a dedicated tool.
- Strong skills in building complex financial models in Excel or planning technologies.
- Experience in gathering and translating business requirements.
- Consulting or customer-facing implementation experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America, based on project needs.
Nice to Have
- Experience in corporate accounting.
- Hands-on experience with any EPM application (e.g., EPM Budgeting & Planning, EPM Financial Consolidation).
- Experience with other EPM solutions (Hyperion, Cognos, TM1, Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, etc.).
