About the Role

As a Senior Consultant at Infor, you will play a key role in implementing Functional Process Applications for our clients. This position is essential for the success of our projects, where you'll work directly with clients to deploy Infor software and enhance their business processes.

What You'll Do

Help clients realize business benefits through effective software implementation.
Participate in full lifecycle client-facing projects involving Infor applications.
Lead the information gathering and design process for client implementations.
Develop functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
Configure client business solutions to meet their needs.
Create and execute test plans for software configurations.
Provide training to key and end users at client sites.
Offer implementation consultancy and best practice advice.
Meet engagement objectives and provide regular internal project status reports.

What We're Looking For

Experience with finance (ERP) software implementation in at least one industry segment such as Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Fashion, Distribution, or Manufacturing.
Knowledge of process manufacturing, warehouse management, and ERP logistics.
Project experience with ERP configurations and implementations.
Understanding of financial processes and industry standards.
Full lifecycle implementation experience with finance ERP systems.
Customer-facing consulting experience.
Willingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) 70% or more.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.

Nice to Have

Experience with Infor M3 software or other finance software used in process manufacturing or food and beverage.
Experience in ERP software implementation in finance areas.
Understanding of Fundamental Accounting Principles and their applications in business processes.
A degree in finance or accounting.
