At Veeva Systems, we are dedicated to helping life sciences companies deliver therapies to patients more quickly. We are looking for a Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance Consultant to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will support biopharmaceutical customers in using our Vault Safety solution effectively after implementation.

About the Role

Our Managed Services Team is made up of over 90 consultants across Europe, with a growing focus on the Safety Team. As we expand our client portfolio, we are creating more opportunities for both new and existing employees. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, guide them through changes, and apply necessary configurations. You will also collaborate with various teams at Veeva to enhance our delivery model and communicate customer requirements.

What You'll Do

• Stay updated on and implement new features within the Veeva Safety suite.
• Collaborate with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements.
• Design solutions based on customer requests and anticipate additional needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and best practices for success.
• Support customers transitioning from on-premises to SaaS solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly in Drug Safety or Pharmacovigilance.
• Background in a consulting or customer-facing role.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders and ensure satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, understand business requirements, and design solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, especially content management software.
• Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud environments.
• Direct experience with regulated systems or data-driven applications like Veeva Vault solutions, ArisG, or Oracle Argus.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.

Compensation

• 160,000 - 265,000 PLN.

This is a remote, full-time role with Veeva, with occasional travel to our Budapest site. Candidates must be authorized to work in Europe. Please note that Veeva does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this position.
