Join Our Team as a CRM Specialist
At TrustedHousesitters, we are looking for a CRM Specialist to help us connect pet owners and sitters. You will play a key role in our mission to enhance our community and improve our member experience.
About the Role
This role is fully remote and UK-based. You will be part of our New Member Revenue Alliance, focusing on acquisition through our owned channels. You will not just execute campaigns but also find ways to improve them.
What You'll Do

Campaign Architecture: Manage the entire process of lifecycle and seasonal acquisition campaigns across Email, Push, and In-App messages.

The "Always-On" Engine: Oversee and enhance our automated journeys to convert curious pet lovers into long-term members.

Rapid Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests on messaging, design, and audience segments. Keep a "test and learn" log to inform future strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Creative, Data, and Product teams to ensure our CRM efforts are integrated into the overall member experience.

Performance Storytelling: Handle reporting for conversion automations, identifying opportunities behind the numbers.

Team Player Mentality: While your focus is on acquisition, be ready to assist teammates with member loyalty or data operations when needed.
What We're Looking For

The CRM Practitioner: You have at least 2 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with a good understanding of both the logic and creativity involved.

Technically Curious: You don’t need to be an expert in Braze, but you should be eager to learn about our tech stack. Experience with Salesforce or Customer.io is a plus.

Bias for Action: You prefer to take action and learn from it rather than spend too much time polishing. Speed is key in a growing company.

Commercially Conscious: You are interested in how our funnels work and how your contributions help the business grow.

The Self-Starter: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and take initiative to solve problems without waiting for direction.
Nice to Have

Experience with Braze or Amplitude.

Experience in an "App-first" environment.

A background in marketplaces, travel, or the pet industry.
What We Offer
We offer a salary range of £34,000 to £44,000, along with gifted equity. As a B Corp Certified company, we are committed to making a positive impact.
