About the Role
As a Customer Care Delivery Specialist in HR Services, you will assist employees who reach out with questions about HR procedures or their employment benefits. You will communicate through various channels, including phone and webchat.
What You'll Do
- Provide support for employees with inquiries about HR topics such as salary, onboarding, holiday allocation, and more.
- Explain how to use online HR systems.
- Investigate more complex cases as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English: C1 minimum.
- Excellent Hungarian: C1 minimum.
- Adaptability and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Experience in Customer Care is a plus, but not required; we will provide training.

- Salary: 5000 PLN gross.
- Language allowance: 1500 PLN gross.
