Join Our Team as a Customer Operations Specialist
At Revecore, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Customer Operations team, focusing on Workers Compensation Claims. In this role, you will take charge of billing and maximizing payments on medical claims for our clients, which include hospitals and medical providers.
About the Role
As a Workers' Compensation Claims billing specialist, you will make high-volume outbound calls to investigate and bill for medical claims. Your efforts will help ensure our clients receive the payments they deserve.
What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve troubled or denied workers' compensation claims.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to patient employers, insurance representatives, attorneys, and patients.
- Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies to maximize payments.
- Review payer documentation to determine next steps if bills are not paid correctly.
- Participate in special projects to help your team achieve goals and ensure client success.
What We're Looking For

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics.
- Strong organizational skills while multi-tasking.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing is a plus, but not required.

- A knack for solving mysteries before the main character in a TV crime show.

Training and Support
Our comprehensive training begins on your first day and lasts 8-10 business days. You will engage in interactive discussions and hands-on activities to support diverse learning styles. We encourage you to be fully present, participate actively, and remain on camera during training.
Work at Home Requirements
- A private, distraction-free workspace at home.
- On-camera presence is essential for building trust and collaboration.
- A secure internet connection is required, with speeds greater than 20 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.
- Your workspace must accommodate all necessary equipment and provide adequate surface area for productivity.
