At AutoHDR, we are looking for a Customer Retention Manager to help us keep our customers happy and engaged. You will be responsible for building strong relationships and implementing systems to ensure our customers stay with us.

About the Role

AutoHDR is a rapidly growing AI startup in the real estate media space. We specialize in custom image editing for real estate and currently edit 25% of all US real estate listings. Join our team and help us shape the future of real estate media!

What You'll Do

• Own customer retention by creating systems and automations that foster strong relationships.
• Reach out to un-subscribed customers to gather feedback and guide them through our winback process.
• Contact customers who report low quality ratings in real-time to prevent churn and share product updates.
• Proactively call existing users to collect feedback and address any potential churn risks.

Your Key Responsibility

• Ensure that 100% of tickets from un-subscribed customers and low quality ratings are addressed daily. Develop systematic, data-driven strategies for churn prevention.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with real estate photographers or editing companies.
• Familiarity with HDR or flambient real estate photo workflows.
• Fluency in English with no accent.
