We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our small team at 1840 & Company. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our customers, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
About the Role
This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere in the Philippines. While this is a contractual role, there is potential for it to become a long-term position based on your fit with our team and our needs.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for our subscription-based customers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats, screening and following up as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work with both existing and new customers in our database.
- Manage administrative systems and technology.
- Provide support to team members when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- A positive and flexible attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfort with learning and using various applications and systems.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service, outbound sales, or call centers is a plus.
- Willingness to work during graveyard shifts.
Job Duties
- Answer incoming customer inquiries.
- Record and update customer information in our database.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns.
- Provide support and solutions to customers according to our service policies.
