Customer Success Enablement Manager
At AssetWatch, we are on a mission to enhance manufacturing uptime through exceptional condition monitoring. As we grow, we are looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager to help our Customer Success team provide outstanding support and value to our customers.
About the Role
This role connects Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Revenue. You will create and implement strategies that empower Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Condition Monitoring Engineers (CMEs), and other support teams. Your work will help ensure our teams are aligned and ready to deliver value to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Own and improve Customer Success onboarding and ongoing training programs to reduce ramp time and boost performance.
- Develop and maintain Customer Success playbooks that standardize best practices for onboarding, renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation.
- Drive the use of our key Customer Success tools like Salesforce, Vitally, Gong, and QuickSight to ensure accurate data and actionable insights.
- Translate product roadmap initiatives into clear plans that prepare Customer Success teams for new launches.
- Help teams communicate AssetWatch’s unique value, including AI-driven insights and predictive maintenance outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to align enablement with key initiatives.
- Establish measurable KPIs related to customer health, renewal forecasting, and growth.
- Create feedback loops between frontline teams and leadership to refine messaging and training priorities.
- Support Customer Success in understanding new offerings and ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Assess skills gaps and implement programs to enhance strategic conversations and technical skills.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Enablement, Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS or industrial technology company.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Success systems, including Salesforce, Vitally, Gong, and analytics tools.
- Experience in developing playbooks and onboarding programs that promote consistency.
- Understanding of the AssetWatch value narrative, including predictive maintenance and AI insights.
- Ability to translate product updates into practical enablement programs.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across teams to drive results.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in defining KPIs and measuring impact.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading training sessions and presenting to stakeholders.
- Experience in predictive maintenance, IoT, industrial technology, or B2B SaaS is preferred.
