About The Role
The Customer Success Engineer role is both challenging and rewarding. You will work directly with users to help them maximize their experience with our platform. This includes answering questions through Intercom, Slack, phone, or email. A technical understanding is essential, including the ability to read API documentation and knowledge of common SaaS tools (like CRMs, ESPs, ERPs) and how customers use data.
This role offers broad exposure across the company. You will collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. It’s a great fit for team players who want to make a difference for our customers and within the organization.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role
- Technical background through experience or education
- Familiarity with SQL or a willingness to learn
- Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity, ambition, and humility
- High proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Understanding of the technology industry and its players
