About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Turnitin, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients. You will ensure their success and satisfaction while building strong relationships to help them grow with our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on client success and satisfaction.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of Turnitin products.
- Provide expert support and advice on our products, helping clients to grow their accounts.
- Collaborate to ensure clients renew contracts with appropriate pricing and explore upsell opportunities.
- Communicate the value of our products and services effectively to clients.
- Analyze client data with the team to identify growth opportunities and address any issues.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform our product development and represent their voice internally.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our customer base within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales and T&I Teams to ensure a smooth transition and service experience for clients.
- Collaborate with Marketing on communication and lead generation efforts in your area.
- Ensure all internal processes and systems are completed on time and meet company standards.
- Document client requests and communicate effectively between clients and product teams.
- Support and mentor Sales team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Track your performance and provide updates and reports as needed.
- Generate referral leads for the Sales team through relationship building.
- Engage in personal development to enhance your skills.
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in strategic networking.
- Background with companies that focus on consultative or solution selling, such as HP, IBM, Kantar, Microsoft, or GE.
- Experience in a "farmer" sales role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with GainSight.
- Understanding of the future of AI.
