Customer Success Specialist, K-12 (French Bilingual)

At D2L, we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will help improve engagement and adoption outcomes for K-12 school boards. In this role, you will design and implement strategies that enhance customer experiences in both English and Canadian French.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will focus on creating and refining frameworks and programs that can be used across various customers. Your goal is to drive engagement and ensure that our solutions are effectively adopted in educational settings.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer health and adoption data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and implement repeatable adoption and risk mitigation strategies that can be delivered broadly.
• Develop scalable playbooks tailored to different customer segments.
• Deliver engaging content and experiences, such as webinars and workshops, to support customer adoption.
• Monitor customer journeys and intervene directly when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align programs and share insights for improvement.
• Stay informed about platform enhancements and industry best practices to refine strategies.
• Evaluate the long-term impact of adoption initiatives on customer satisfaction and value.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Canadian French (Ontario French preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer success, change management, or education-related roles.
• Experience in academic institutions or education technology is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Brightspace.
• High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for regional conferences and onsite visits.

What We Offer

The expected base salary for this role is between $67,000 and $79,000 CAD. This salary is based on your relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition to the salary, you may be eligible for benefits such as:
