About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team at AutoHDR. In this role, you will manage inbound support and ensure our product meets the needs of our users. You will play a key part in delivering excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound questions and resolve quality issues.
- Handle flagged shoots and human edit requests.
- Address account-related problems and provide solutions.
- Identify bugs, churn risks, sales opportunities, and onboarding issues, and route them appropriately.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ensure they feel supported.
- Continuously think about ways to improve support processes for speed and scalability.
