Join Our Team as a Customer Training Specialist – Asana (French Bilingual)
We are looking for a Customer Training Specialist to help our customers effectively use Asana. In this role, you will conduct training sessions and provide support to ensure our clients get the most out of the Asana platform.

Asana is a collaboration tool designed to help teams work better together. Our goal is to assist customers in adopting Asana not just as a product, but as a way to enhance teamwork. You will be a key player in supporting our growing customer base.
What You'll Do
Become an expert in Asana to guide customers in adopting workflows that maximize their efficiency.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions for both public audiences and existing customers to drive adoption.
Identify opportunities for account growth and share insights to help customers overcome challenges.
Update training content based on customer feedback and new feature launches.
Manage multiple customers and competing priorities while delivering tailored solutions.
Act as a voice for the customer by sharing trends and insights with management.
Assist with technical integration and API questions, collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of experience in customer onboarding, training, or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Fluency in French.
Experience leading impactful training sessions that drive customer engagement and retention.
Self-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
Growth-oriented individual who welcomes feedback and seeks improvement.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to engage with audiences of varying sizes.
Preferred soft sales skills for upselling services that enhance customer experience.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and familiarity with various software tools.

The pay for this position is a basic salary of €27,348 per annum, with an additional 20% variable bonus. Several factors will influence this, including responsibilities, experience, and location. Your recruiter will provide more details during the interview process.
