Director, Frontline Marketing, CBL
As the Director of Frontline Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company, you will play a key role in driving brand activation and enhancing consumer experiences across mainland markets. You will ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and programs that resonate with local audiences.
About the Role
This position is based in Beijing and follows a hybrid work setup. You will work closely with various teams, including Franchise Operations, Channel teams, and Bottling Groups, to translate brand strategies into impactful market activations. Your focus will be on localizing and executing brand initiatives while inspiring your team to deliver high-quality experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead frontline marketing activation to strengthen brand presence and engage consumers in local markets.
- Ensure effective localization and execution of national marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Collaborate with Category teams to create locally relevant activation plans.
- Align marketing plans with Franchise Operations and Channel teams to meet omni-channel priorities.
- Drive experiential marketing and brand activation programs to enhance consumer experiences.
- Support customer and channel marketing by providing brand assets and activation concepts.
- Manage regional DME allocation and spending, ensuring effective investment and execution quality.
- Share local market insights and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Inspire frontline marketing teams and bottlers with clear priorities and high execution standards.
- Perform other related duties as needed to adapt to business changes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand activation, or frontline operations.
- Experience in direct sales, key account, or franchise management with P&L responsibility.
- Proven ability to lead complex marketing executions with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong business communication skills.
