Disti – Manager, Indirect Channels
As the Disti - Manager, Indirect Channels at DoiT International, you will play a key role in our Sales team. This remote position is open to candidates in the US, UK, Ireland, Sweden, or the Netherlands. You will lead efforts to grow revenue through our global distribution and partner ecosystem.
About the Role
The Disti - Manager, Indirect Channels is responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing DoiT’s distribution-led sales strategy. You will focus on expanding our presence within the Ingram portfolio and enabling partners to effectively sell DoiT solutions. This role involves managing a team that identifies and closes opportunities through the Ingram channel and other distribution partners.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Recruit and lead a high-performing team focused on revenue through distribution partnerships. Provide coaching and performance management to help team members meet their targets. Establish sales processes and metrics to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
- Channel Strategy & Distribution Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow DoiT’s presence within the Ingram ecosystem. Identify and onboard new distributors to expand our reach. Build relationships with distribution leaders to align on business plans and revenue goals.
- Pipeline Development & Partner Collaboration: Drive new customer acquisition by leveraging distributor ecosystems. Collaborate with partners to build a predictable pipeline. Manage account planning and co-sell workflows across indirect channels.
- Sales Execution & Revenue Oversight: Oversee the partner-driven sales lifecycle from qualification to close. Ensure effective positioning of DoiT Cloud Intelligence and related offerings. Work with internal teams to structure strategic deals and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Market Insight & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert on distribution-led cloud sales. Provide feedback to internal teams regarding partner performance and pipeline trends. Collaborate with Marketing to design partner-focused campaigns and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS and/or Cloud industries
- Strong background in partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
- Ability to recruit and develop high-performing sales teams
- Knowledge of channel sales, cloud marketplaces, and partner incentives
- Proficiency with CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience with complex partner ecosystems and a track record of driving growth through distribution models.
