About the RoleAs the Founding Enterprise Solutions Engineer for the META region, you will serve as a key technical leader responsible for launching and scaling Cyberhaven's presence across META. The Cyberhaven Solutions Engineer strives to be a trusted advisor by fostering strong, collaborative relationships, ensuring our products and solutions align with the customers' strategic goals, enabling them to make informed decisions.What You’ll DoSupport Enterprise Sales in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production handoff for large, complex enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees)Act as a founding SE in META, helping shape technical sales motions, best practices, and regional go-to-market strategyDeliver compelling product demonstrations and technical messaging that clearly differentiate Cyberhaven from legacy and competitive solutionsOwn and manage technical evaluations and POCs to successful completionEnable, train, and support channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and systems integrators, in a channel-driven sales modelBuild and maintain strong technical relationships with partners to ensure successful joint selling and technical alignmentEducate customers and partners on data protection, insider threat, and DSPM use cases, particularly in regulated enterprise environmentsCollaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide field feedback on feature capabilities, gaps, and regional requirementsSupport endpoint deployments and customer onboarding as needed in early-stage regional buildsWho You Are4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role supporting complex enterprise pre-sales in a SaaS environmentHands-on experience with data protection technologies, including DLP, Insider Risk Management (IRM), DSPM, and/or CASBStrong experience working with endpoint-based solutions, including agent deployment and troubleshootingProven experience enabling and supporting channel partners through training, demos, and technical deal supportComfortable operating in a founding or early-market environment with evolving processes and high ownershipStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiencesFluent in English and Arabic; French proficiency strongly preferredBased in META regionJoining Cyberhaven is a chance to revolutionize data security.
