Join ElevenLabs as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer. In this role, you'll help our growing customer base unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform. You'll work closely with our sales team and customers to provide technical solutions and improve internal processes.

About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, your mission is to efficiently scale our technical solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Account Executives, work directly with customers, and create resources that enhance our sales efforts.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value.
• Create technical enablement resources to improve our sales team's effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers in implementing solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to realize these ideas.

• Have a solid technical background to help customers integrate our solutions with theirs.
• Have experience working with customers, even if it's from student clubs or side projects.
• Are proficient in Python and understand software development, architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Possess excellent communication skills and can adapt your messaging for different audiences.

Nice to Have

Experience in a technical capacity with customers is a plus, but not mandatory.

This role is remote, but the successful candidate should be based in Mexico.
