Entertainment Travel Consultant II, Sports, Media & Entertainment

Join our team as an Entertainment Travel Consultant II, where you'll play a vital role in helping clients in the Media & Entertainment industry travel smart. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with care and expertise.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position based in the United States. Your working hours will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, with some weekend hours required.

What You'll Do

• Search and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Understand client travel policies and provide consultation accordingly.
• Fulfill requests related to travel regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Provide clients with essential industry information, such as low fares and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client relationships.
• Maintain and expand your knowledge of the travel industries we support.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Travel Agent, preferably in Sports, Entertainment, or Media.
• Working knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures.
• Advanced skills in GDS Sabre.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET and on weekends.

Nice to Have

Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is preferred.

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $70,000, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement of the role.
