Join Our Team as a Travel Consultant

At BCD Travel, we are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them travel smart and achieve their goals.

About the Role

As a Travel Consultant, you will communicate with current and new clients. You will assist them with their travel needs and ensure they have a smooth experience.

What You'll Do

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Understand client travel policies and provide appropriate consultation.
• Fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Provide clients with industry information, including low fares and penalties.
• Review operational processes and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and expand your knowledge of the travel industry.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a travel agent.
• Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid knowledge of the travel industry, policies, and procedures.

Nice to Have

Additional experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.

The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We value flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs.
